Return Process

  Register Your Return

  Visit our online return portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Carefully pack the products in their original packaging or a sturdy shipping box to ensure they arrive safely at our warehouse.

• 3.
  Attach the Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid return label provided through the portal and securely fix it to the outside of your package, covering any old labels.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand over your parcel at the nearest authorized drop-off point and keep your receipt as proof of postage until your refund is processed.
