Use instructions: Collection and use: 1. Place the arrow at the top of the silicone membrane in relation to the notch at the top of the cup. Attach the silicone membrane to the cup. Make sure it clicks fully into place. 2. Place the assembled milk collection cup in the bra so that the opening is centered over the nipple. Make sure the spout is pointing upwards. We recommend wearing a nursing bra, as the stretchy material puts less pressure on the breast. 3. When moving around while wearing the breast milk collector, close the spout with the stopper at the top to avoid leakage. 4. Remove the breast milk collector by leaning slightly forward, grasping the ribbed area and pulling it upwards. Place the breast milk collector flat on the table surface to avoid leakage. 5. Use the collected milk by removing the cork from the spout and attaching it to the hole in the silicone band. Pour the milk into a storage container, such as a Medela Easy Pour breast milk storage bag or bottle. Information on storing breast milk can be found on https://www.medela.se/forvaring. 6. Condensation may form in the collector. Ensure ventilation when you are not moving by opening the spout and inserting the plug into the hole on the silicone band. Do not wear it while sleeping or lying down. Replace the breast milk collector with a nursing pad when you sleep. For extended use, remove the collector every 2 to 3 hours during breastfeeding/pumping to allow air to circulate and avoid breast compression. Milk collected between breastfeeding/pumping should be discarded. Only store milk collected during breastfeeding. If you don't give your baby milk right away, store the milk in the fridge and use it within 24 hours.
