Use instructions: Wash your hands with soap and water and dry them thoroughly before touching the storage bag. Open the bag by tearing off arrow 1 in the direction shown. Do not fill the bag above the 210 ml mark. Breast milk expands when it freezes. Make sure the zipper area is clean, remove the air inside the bag, and close it completely to prevent leaks. Label the breast milk storage bag before storing. Store breast milk in the fridge or freeze it immediately after pumping. Breast milk can be thawed in the refrigerator for about 12 hours. Alternatively, you can hold the bag of frozen breast milk under warm, running water (no more than 37°C). Once the milk has completely thawed, you can warm it up by placing the bag in a mug, jug or bowl of lukewarm water for a few minutes to bring it up to body temperature (37°C). After heating, gently swirl the bottle or bag around without shaking or stirring to mix any excreted fat. To transfer breast milk from the bag to a bottle, tear off arrow 2 in the direction shown in the picture and pour the breast milk into the bottle. Avoid thawing frozen breast milk or heating breast milk in the microwave or a pot of boiling water to prevent burns. The packaging contains products intended to come into contact with food according to Regulation 1935/2004. The product must not be reused.
